General Terms & Conditions

1. All sizes and capacities are approximate.

2. We make every effort to ensure that your goods arrive to you within the specified delivery times by using accredited couriers, however we can not take responsibility for late or failed deliveries arising from incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer. All deliveries must be signed for by the customer or by a person acting on behalf of the customer. All deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday. If there is no one at the delivery address during those hours, this may delay the delivery of your order.

3. We have one collection a day by our courier. Multiple orders to the same address may be delivered in separate consignments. To avoid unnecessary delivery charges please try and order all required goods at the same time.

4. On personalised goods no responsibility can be taken by us for any mistakes made by the purchaser in ordering their goods.

 

Cancellation Policy

The customer has the right to cancel an order prior to despatch. All goods deilvered and requiring return must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Goods that have been personalised by us, at the customer's request cannot be cancelled. All cancelled goods are returned at the customer's expense.

Please notify us before returning goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns

If you identify any damage or defect in the products we supply you, you agree to notify us in writing, within 5 days of receiving your delivery, giving us full details. If the products we supply to you are damaged or defective then we will remedy the problem at our sole option of either replacing the product or refunding you the full price. We will not be responsible for any damage or defect where it has been caused by you or by people for whom you are responsible.
